• Which calculation method should I start with? Use “Run Calc” (GGA). To validate, use “Compare” with EPANET; N-R is a second numeric opinion.
• Why do I see negative pressure nodes? Lack of energy (high elevations, low boost). Add a pump, raise reservoir level, or review diameters/roughness.
• What if the simulation does not converge? Verify data (demands, sources), check tolerances, try EPANET, and confirm units.
• How do I export to EPANET? Use “Export SWMM .inp” when available or save JSON and convert; for direct validation, use “Compare,” which runs EPANET.
• I can’t see the network on the map. Use “Zoom to extent,” check coordinates, and background opacity.
